Kimberly is a journalist for Sonoma West Times & News. Growing up in Sonoma County she developed a deep appreciation for nature and art. Passionate about communication in all its forms, she has a background in graphic design, public relations, creative writing and dance. Kimberly holds a BA in Communications from Sonoma State University and lives in Forestville with her three sons who continually fuel her with energy and inspiration.

I know this from personal experience, and it happens to be spicy Mexican food that softens me like a bowl of Jell-O. Cilantro, chile peppers, mangoes, and tomatoes—these are some of my favorite flavors and it really doesn’t matter if it’s a burrito, a chile relleno or an enchilada, I can make room for them all.
